Where do orders ship from?
All orders are shipped from the North East of England
What is the processing time?
Castle Suite Club is a one-woman brand, self designing products and packaging all orders. During times of high volume, I have a little helper pixie (my dear other half) who aids me with the packaging process! Bearing this in mind, I will try to ship orders within 5 working days. During times of high volume (sales, pre order, items coming into stock etc.) orders may take up to 10 business days to be shipped. If you require rush shipping, please contact me prior to ordering so I can ensure I can do this for you!
When you receive a shipping notification, it means your order has been processed on the royal mail website and your labels have been printed and attached to your parcel. Depending on the time of day this is done, your parcel may be officially shipped the next working day.
The mail offices in the UK are closed after a cut off point on Saturdays and closed all day Sundays (and also bank holidays). If your parcel has been marked as shipped later in the week, it may not be in transit until the following Monday despite being processed and dropped off at the sorting office.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shipping charges can be selected for your destination upon check out. You can choose to have your item shipped as a "standard" parcel or upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping times vary on location.
UK: 1-3 business days
Europe: 3-5 business days
Everywhere else: A minimum of 10 business days.
What happens if I order a ready to ship item with a pre-order item?
If you order a ready to ship item with a pre-order item, your package will be sent as one whole order when I receive the pre-ordered item as you are only paying for one shipped package.
If you want your ready to ship item to arrive before a pre-ordered item, please place seperate orders.
What happens if my package goes missing?
We will always investigate missing packages with the Royal Mail. To ensure safety of your package, please select Signed For (UK) or Tracked (international) which add insurance to your parcel.
Has my order shipped?
