Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately not, there is no current way of amending an order once it has already been placed. If your order has not been shipped, you can email me to cancel your order within a 24 hour period and then re-order with the correct items.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled on the basis that the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please contact us on email@example.com at your earliest convenience.
Can I change the address I have used on my order?
I am able to change the shipping address if the order has not yet been shipped. If it has already been shipped I will not be able to change the address or forward it on to you.
My order is being sent as a gift, do you offer gift wrapping and is the price included?
We do not currently offer gift wrapping for every day purposes.
HOWEVER - we do offer gift wrap at Christmas so that you can send your items directly to the recipient!
My package is missing something!
In the case that you receive your order and it is in fact missing something you ordered please double check the invoice that was sent in your parcel. If you do not have a physical invoice, please double check your items against your digital receipt. If the item was ordered but is missing please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email please include your order number, what was missing from your order, and a photo of what you did receive.
I think my order is lost!
Please be aware at this time the below guidance will be extended due to the Covid-19 pandemicBased on Royal Mail guidelines, I can report an order as lost or stolen after the following time scales:

|1st Class (incl Signed For) - UK||10 working days after the due date|
|2nd Class (incl Signed For) - UK||10 working days after the due date|
|International - outside of the UK||20 working days after the due date for items in Europe, after 25 working days for rest of world|
The due date is the approximate delivery date - you can double check how long your parcel should take over on the Shipping & Returns page.
Please be patient! We recommend to waiting a few extra days before losing all hope that your package is lost, especially during busy postal times such as Christmas.
